For this assignment, we were to explore the hallways of the studio building and find pieces of architectural hardware and draw each three different ways: contour, line and detail with shading. Then we were to choose one of our drawing and redraw it onto a 18x24 piece of sketch pad and this ceiling pipe with the technique of sketching with shading was what I chose.
