case study : case study [section elevation exploration]

FIRST DRAFTED INTERIOR ELEVATION:
The first copy of our drafted interior elevation is loosely rendered using pen and maker. The purpose of this "practice" elevation was to experiment with color, technique, form and composition.

SECOND DRAFTED INTERIOR ELEVATION:

For the second drafted interior elevation , I used pen and rendered with care for detail and completeness. I paid close attention to line weight and color shadowing on surfaces and showing material quality.

THIRD DRAFTED INTERIOR ELEVATION:

For the third and final drafted interior elevation, we were to draft the elevation in pen, paying close attention to line weight. This elevation was to be render as our midterm assignment in class, using the first and second elevations as models. I used pen, marker, and colored pencil to create light, shadow and depth in my space.
