Photoshop Rendering : Image 3 [all new look]

Compared to the other photoshop renderings, this style is completely different. I used the filter known as "artistic cutout", for this image. I enjoy this render because it is smooth and shows more of the colors and their variations. It does not have to do so much with line detail. I feel that this type of filter correlates well with the hand rendering that I started off with because it is a medium marker render. Compared to the other filter options, I feel this is a medium design filter -- not too sharp and not too loose.
